Powerful and user-friendly product, but what sets them apart is everything around it: support team, solutions architect, fundraiser coach. Actual humans with nonprofit knowledge at every layer. Useful, and not generic, sector-specific resources.
Super passionate global team including former nonprofit practitioners. Products are built on continuous customer and staff feedback from people who’ve actually worked in the sector. Leadership puts nonprofit voice before profit and it shows. Rare find.
