Pros

- pay is insanely good (for a reason) - great incentives - free lunch money when you are in office

Cons

Be very careful about joining. It may seem all shiney and amazing at the start but once you start to uncover it all you realize how toxic the culture is. And much of the toxicity came from SLT. I am talking about bullying, insane work hours, and complicated processes to make everything even harder. There is a reason why this company has such a HUGE turn over and people leave without another job lined up. The worst part - the USA side of the company truly lives to it’s values and is great - but they have no idea how things are really run in australia and the people they promote. Run.

Pros

If you are considering working with this platform, be aware that the management model is built on deliberate ambiguity. The app and software are designed to keep you in a constant state of uncertainty regarding your performance metrics. There is no transparency regarding how jobs are assigned or how your work is actually evaluated. This appears to be a calculated strategy to keep workers chasing 'better status' without ever providing a clear path to achieve it. You will never know if you are truly meeting expectations because the system is intentionally opaque. Approach with caution if you value transparency and clear communication.

Cons

The supposed 'flexibility' of this role is actually a double-edged sword. While the platform advertises freedom, it functions as a lack of structure and support. Because the performance metrics are intentionally opaque, the 'independence' of the job feels more like isolation. You are left guessing if your efforts are actually valued or just another input in an algorithm that doesn't prioritize worker success.
