Pros

Everyone is encouraged to speak up and share their opinion. Pay is excellent. Team values work life balance. Team of super strong operators.

Cons

Super bureaucratic, difficult to get anything done. Unhealthy culture where putting others down is celebrated. Poor management, including a manager that bullied me. When I brought this to my skip level's attention, it was shrugged off and nothing happened to address the inappropriate abuse ( that was noticed and highlighted by several colleagues to me). Set up to fail multiple times by lack of support from manager, including presentations to C-team (they did not attend and left me to cover and flail alone). Folks hired from previous agencies/companies in a weird nepotistic way.

Pros

If you are considering working with this platform, be aware that the management model is built on deliberate ambiguity. The app and software are designed to keep you in a constant state of uncertainty regarding your performance metrics. There is no transparency regarding how jobs are assigned or how your work is actually evaluated. This appears to be a calculated strategy to keep workers chasing 'better status' without ever providing a clear path to achieve it. You will never know if you are truly meeting expectations because the system is intentionally opaque. Approach with caution if you value transparency and clear communication.

Cons

The supposed 'flexibility' of this role is actually a double-edged sword. While the platform advertises freedom, it functions as a lack of structure and support. Because the performance metrics are intentionally opaque, the 'independence' of the job feels more like isolation. You are left guessing if your efforts are actually valued or just another input in an algorithm that doesn't prioritize worker success.
