We appreciate that you feel our offices are cool, as it's our goal to have a functional space that employees enjoy coming into — it’s good to see that’s working :) As for the cons you have mentioned, we feel that working at DoorDash is a meaningful opportunity, and one of our biggest strengths is our focus on customers, the dashers on our network (delivery folks) and merchants, as opposed to that of our competition. We understand this is a competitive space, and enjoy the challenges that come with that. I would add that we’re super excited about the intelligent people we've hired (and will continue to hire), that will shape not only our product, but our overall organization. We are proud that we offer equity at competitive levels to all regular full-time employees at DoorDash, and if we maintain focus on the true things that matter then any increase in equity value will be a nice final touch. As for profitability, we don’t speak to our financials on forums like this, however we are incredibly optimistic and confident about our past, current and future growth.
