Pros
You truly feel valued and the company invests in your success. Management is far from micro-managed, but always has the question what can I do to help you? It's nice because you have the help you need and access to it without it being over bearing. The job is really fun too. You are out in the field as often as you want, but for me this is typically 3-4 days a week. It's a needed product which makes the sell more fun too. There are tons of opportunities for growth within the company, as well as opportunities to move to different departments. The benefits are unreal: gym membership, cell phone, parking, gas, lunch and dinner Monday-Friday are all paid for. You make a healthy salary and bonuses too. The best part about the company though is the people you work with. Everyone is friendly, management is supportive, and I truly feel valued at this company. I'm not a number here. Everyone helps everyone and we all work as a team. It doesn't feel like I'm going to work or like it's a chore. It's a healthy work environment with a great work life balance.
Cons
The only con I can think of this far is after a few years my market might be a bit saturated, but that's something in the future. No 401k match but it is a startup and the other perks make up for that.
