Pros

Company tries to have good culture and work from home can be a bonus if that is what you are looking for. Job can be paced to the individual with lots of chances for experience and growth for those who need some.

Cons

Company loves to have any form of "Pizza Party" or employee perks over actual decent employee pay or vacation time. Company is too unstructured and lacks solid leadership so in many cases the loudest and most strong willed end up taking all of the control even if the ideas or processes become unnecessary. The company also seems to like to just shuffle the talent and employees around with slight pay bumps to give the Illusion of promotion but honestly the best promotion will be the one that you give to yourself.

Pros

If you are considering working with this platform, be aware that the management model is built on deliberate ambiguity. The app and software are designed to keep you in a constant state of uncertainty regarding your performance metrics. There is no transparency regarding how jobs are assigned or how your work is actually evaluated. This appears to be a calculated strategy to keep workers chasing 'better status' without ever providing a clear path to achieve it. You will never know if you are truly meeting expectations because the system is intentionally opaque. Approach with caution if you value transparency and clear communication.

Cons

The supposed 'flexibility' of this role is actually a double-edged sword. While the platform advertises freedom, it functions as a lack of structure and support. Because the performance metrics are intentionally opaque, the 'independence' of the job feels more like isolation. You are left guessing if your efforts are actually valued or just another input in an algorithm that doesn't prioritize worker success.
