Pros
- lots of opportunity to make impact even at more junior roles - interesting problem spaces and challenges - one of the few companies that is S&O driven and work is not just sales/analytics focused - org feels pretty flat, lots of opportunities to engage with leaders
Cons
- company has pulled back significantly on promos & comp and moved away from giving large RSU grants. If you're joining now you will be underpaid compared to peers and your next promo will be 3 years away - leadership has no clear vision, goals and priorities are constantly changing on a whim. feels very unstable - i don't think we do a good job of putting the user first, often doing things users have explicitly told us they don't want or aren't interested in - no clear decision maker between S&O and Product causes a lot of tension and wasted time
