Too many people leftover from IR that do not want to learn modern methodologies. Execs do not understand technical processes of building the product and therefore can't make good judgements on the proper personnel and equipment. Execs are rarely seen and seem very disconnected from day to day internal operations. Need to push the envelope of equipment design.
