      1. It's a small company so team is building currently. Which makes things less standardized if that's something one is looking for.

      May be okay for newbie to start career

      Cons

      -Act like commission agent - If client pays then you get salary otherwise No salary. - Don’t follow labor laws & skip employees salary for long term - When contacts for pending salary then their proxy HR (founders) replies they would take legal actions if you filed DOL complaints.
