Exceptionally Unprofessional Management - Staff RN Dosher Memorial Hospital Employee Review

Management is terribly partial to some employees, rules and disciplinary action apply only to some employees. Constant negative feedback, unsafe working conditions and night, as no onsite on call physician. Very stressful if patient ztarts to decline clinically, management does NOT step in to help.
