Loved the small office I worked in and liked that my manager (one of them) actually heard us when we would bring things to her attention

Short staffed during/after covid made it harder to have vacations approved. Not all staff required to do the same across the board

The company offers a great work-life balance and a very supportive team environment.

Career advancement opportunities can sometimes feel limited or slow to develop for some roles.
