Pros
They have great benefits, they are family Owned, and they offer good pay for the area they are in. When I worked there, I felt respected! They also offer a lot of very very good training opportunities, everything from self improvement to time management. They even had a women's conference that they did their best to get every woman to attend.
Cons
You can't be in *any* management position without a college degree. If you have a college degree in underwater-basketweaving, you can be a manager, but someone without a degree that has worked in that department for 20 years cannot. If you work at the headquarters, it's a small town. So unless you happen to live in that small town, there is a commute. This is ok on most days, but in the winter it can be horrid.
