- Highly dynamic atmosphere - Internationally integrated - Entrepreneurial spirit - Space for own creativity - Super friendly and down-to-earth colleagues - Flat structure (no apparent hierarchal silos)

Cons

- Lack of structure can be cumbersome sometimes, if one is not adequatly resourceful - Action-orientation mentality can be quite hectic for those who are not used to work under pressure

Pros

- Exciting industry - can change the world. - Some good people within the business - At a great stage of growth and stimulating, heavily funded so a lot can be done.

Cons

- As seen in majority of other reviews, leadership are very poor and this had led to a culture of rudeness, overworking, mini empires. - The company need to get serious about having impact and helping, a marketing trick tbh. The company is built to serve the investors, employees are meant to be looked after overcrowded market with zero USP so it's grow at all costs. - Too much attrition, people out of the business with no sign of why. No exit interviews etc, worst part of the business is HR and the leader who got demoted because of how poorly it was run says it all.
