Pros

- Great team to work with, people are always motivated - Real engagement from top management on our mission & values - Actual efforts to become more environmentally friendly and make a real difference - Really smart people all around you - Flexibility and open-mindedness to try new things, find new approaches - Space to learn and improve on your job - Autonomy to get your job done

Cons

As a startup it is normal that many processes are not yet in place, however, there are a few things that we can always try to predict and plan ahead. The good thing is that the team always learns and we are constantly improving things, so this is not a con, more of a heads up that you need to be flexible in order to join :)

Pros

- Exciting industry - can change the world. - Some good people within the business - At a great stage of growth and stimulating, heavily funded so a lot can be done.

Cons

- As seen in majority of other reviews, leadership are very poor and this had led to a culture of rudeness, overworking, mini empires. - The company need to get serious about having impact and helping, a marketing trick tbh. The company is built to serve the investors, employees are meant to be looked after overcrowded market with zero USP so it's grow at all costs. - Too much attrition, people out of the business with no sign of why. No exit interviews etc, worst part of the business is HR and the leader who got demoted because of how poorly it was run says it all.
