Cons
- Competitive industry that has no clear sight on real profitability. And no, (adjusted) EBITDA a proxy for actual profitability in such a capital intensive business. This is not really a Dott problem. - Due to crowded industry space, unfortunately a lot of emphasis has to be placed on pleasing governments with gimmicks such computer vision to prevent unsocial behaviour on shared vehicles. While in reality all players in the industry know this is not going to scale. - Fake values such as "we care for each other", while in reality mass layoffs appear to be a recurring theme. - The leadership, and in particular the CEO, is good in telling stories how great everything is, only to find out the next week they were actually already planning a next layoff.
