Global Communication: the teams meet once a year in one part of Europe.

Cons

The managers of different departments have a serious communication problem. They often do not agree with the needs of the employees, and they overload the employees with a lot of work. Additionally, employees are sometimes dismissed without notice due to budget constraints. Moreover, the CEO often uses foul language in public.

Pros

- Exciting industry - can change the world. - Some good people within the business - At a great stage of growth and stimulating, heavily funded so a lot can be done.

Cons

- As seen in majority of other reviews, leadership are very poor and this had led to a culture of rudeness, overworking, mini empires. - The company need to get serious about having impact and helping, a marketing trick tbh. The company is built to serve the investors, employees are meant to be looked after overcrowded market with zero USP so it's grow at all costs. - Too much attrition, people out of the business with no sign of why. No exit interviews etc, worst part of the business is HR and the leader who got demoted because of how poorly it was run says it all.
