RUN FAR AWAY - Anonymous employee Double Diamond Employee Review

A lot of people are stuck in their ways. *Attempts to roll out a proven more efficient process* "Well, why are we changing this?!? I've been here for 15 years and this is how we've always done it!! No no no!" CEO has issues, so you do not want to get on his bad side. Systems and processes are old and outdated. HR is not really an HR department; I'm not sure what they actually get paid to do. Pay is ridiculously low for everyone, unless you're the CEO. I don't think the company is doing well enough to even pay people more. I'm curious to see if they'll still be around in 5 years...doubt it!
