Pros

The people are friendly. The work / life balance is good. Most people are helpful if you treat them with respect. Lots of coworkers routinely go out to lunch with each other.

Cons

Compensation is below market. People leave and they hire replacements at a salary that the original person would have stayed for. Morale, benefits increases outpace raises (when given). Cliquish. Most employees think senior management doesn't give a you know what about them.

We evaluate compensation on an annual basis and strive to keep up with the market. Our benefits have not increased for our employees in three years!
