Pros

The only pro is the guys in the shop. Great group to work with.

Cons

Chaos. Absolute chaos. People leaving at an alarming rate. The shop is so far behind that they can't keep up with the demand and are creating a month + worth of backorders. The CEO is the BIGGEST bully I've ever encountered. He has NO people skills whatsoever and he rules upon intimidation. It's an extremely stressful environment and morale is at an all time low.
