Vulture -capitalist equity firm has puppet vampires running the dysfunctional circus. The management team is essentially a group of ticks sucking the life blood from the employees. If they could make a dollar steam rolling over the entire staff, they would in a heartbeat. During the pandemic (when we didn't miss a single day as "essential workers"), they not only didn't give us a raise (in spite of the company still being profitable), but they cut our 401K match. No essential worker pay, no pizza party, no heroes work here signs...NOTHING. Oh wait, they did give us a mason jar with some chocolate and a packet of lemonade-real appreciation. They also had a huge lay off in 2019 - THE WEEK BEFORE THANKSGIVING!!! This company and the "private equity group" that owns it DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. The end of every month is complete chaos, as the management team tries to push anything and everything out the door in a vain attempt to make their bonuses. They don't even care if they meet their own measly quality and safety standards. The untold misery this causes for the employees is incalculable. When you interview, they will tell you that Double E is a "family oriented business". Just remember that so is the Mafia!
