Pros

High chance of being hired due to high staff turnover. Good for weekend work for a few months while in college.

Cons

Poor communication between managers. More inexperienced staff than experienced. Unfair allocation of tasks. Experienced and hard-working staff given more tasks because management know they will complete them. High staff turnover puts pressure on management and experienced staff especially during busy periods.

Benefits and employee meals were great. My team and people I worked with was the reason I stayed.

Cons

Leadership doesn't value or support their managers. Just be prepared to receive little support from corporate and a company as a whole. They don't want operations managers to succeed and rather run through options creating instability for their employees. Expectations constantly change. Favortism runs through departments that starts from the top (GM). Worst experience of my life was deciding to become a manager. Also as a operations manager they don't care about work life balance or if your working over 10 hours. Get use to long hours in operations with no support or help.
