Pros

everyone is easy to get along with lots of teamwork. I love the hrs 4 10hr days.

Cons

It is super hot in the summertime, no air conditioning

Pros

Steady work, Really fun and helpful co-workers as well! Nice PTO refresh every year. Benefits are okay at best

Cons

You will be lucky to get any training. Pay is barely worth doing all the bs they make you do. ($20 an hour starting? Not bad but that's the same price as fast food worker now lmao.) Upper management is overpaid and have too high of egos. Sales in particular.
