The majority of people are kind and willing to take on more in order to help you out. Teaches you indepence and encourages self-growth as well as career prosperity.

Cons

It is easy to get lost in the suffle if you are not "upper management." Upper management does not actively resolve issues as much as they talk about them in meeting... after meeting.. after meeting.

Steady work, Really fun and helpful co-workers as well! Nice PTO refresh every year. Benefits are okay at best

Cons

You will be lucky to get any training. Pay is barely worth doing all the bs they make you do. ($20 an hour starting? Not bad but that's the same price as fast food worker now lmao.) Upper management is overpaid and have too high of egos. Sales in particular.
