Pros

Very friendly place to work. Good benefits. OK pay. ESOP company had nice returns on profit sharing and they shared a lot of info about the company.

Cons

A lot of employees, sometimes feels like your just a number.

Pros

Steady work, Really fun and helpful co-workers as well! Nice PTO refresh every year. Benefits are okay at best

Cons

You will be lucky to get any training. Pay is barely worth doing all the bs they make you do. ($20 an hour starting? Not bad but that's the same price as fast food worker now lmao.) Upper management is overpaid and have too high of egos. Sales in particular.
