Pros

There are a lot of opportunities to advance within the company. It's a great work environment. This is an employee owned company and the stock options are great.

Cons

There are not a whole lot of cons. There are some ups and downs that come with working in the manufacturing world, but for the most part it is a good company to work for.

Pros

Steady work, Really fun and helpful co-workers as well! Nice PTO refresh every year. Benefits are okay at best

Cons

You will be lucky to get any training. Pay is barely worth doing all the bs they make you do. ($20 an hour starting? Not bad but that's the same price as fast food worker now lmao.) Upper management is overpaid and have too high of egos. Sales in particular.
