Pros

Individual departments and many of the coworkers do work as a cohesive team. The work in itself is good.

Cons

They do not follow consistant protocol in write-ups/diciplinary actions and often choose to coldly terminate. It is not the individual departments. Do the math. The company's Christ centered mission is a front as they don't follow through on it in many cases in my opinion and by my individual experience.

Pros

Steady work, Really fun and helpful co-workers as well! Nice PTO refresh every year. Benefits are okay at best

Cons

You will be lucky to get any training. Pay is barely worth doing all the bs they make you do. ($20 an hour starting? Not bad but that's the same price as fast food worker now lmao.) Upper management is overpaid and have too high of egos. Sales in particular.
