Pros
The work matters, I loved my coworkers. Lots to learn. Overnight shift is fantastic. Decent pay and benefits.
Cons
The managers are all buddies and you're screwed if they decide they don't like you. God forbid you have any personality or act differently from the managers. The second you complain about something, you are the next target. Be prepared for meeting after meeting for every little mistake you make. The managers create a toxic tattle environment, anything you say out loud will get back to them somehow. The managers watch the cameras when they work from home and will text a supervisor on shift if they see something they don't like. It's an awful work environment. Your shift will change randomly, they will forget about requested PTO, HR gets defensive if you try to complain, you'll be abandoned on your shadow training week, management will hangout at the back of the front desk and won't help no matter how drowned you are but are happy to tell you what you did wrong. Oh, and if you're not white, good luck. If you're Hispanic or Latino, be prepared to have your names flipped with a different Hispanic person even if you don't look similar at all, for the manager to get defensive if you correct them, and be told you "look like you're going to a rap battle" if they don't like what you're wearing.
