Pros

Above average compensation structure. Businesses are growing and Dover is investing in its businesses.

Cons

If you are making numbers, you are allowed to do whatever you want and treat people poorly. People are not respected here. There is no job security and no work life balance. The organization is dysfunctional and disorganized.

Pros

Consistent focus on the employee experience, service to customers, and shareholder value. Our values are integrated into hiring, performance management, and leadership development. Locations all over the world.

Cons

As a corporate employee, supporting all OpCos, it's very complex... never a boring day.

Pros

Benefits were nice if you were aware of them and used them up year after year. People were generally nice.

Cons

No growth. A lot of people had been in their current positions forever and Promotions came when people quit at DPC. Usually most jobs have no career upward mobility and don't think about professional development opportunities like conference, seminars or training. There were rarely budgets for those. Company recently released a version of LinkedIn learning after growing feedback (a few years) on professional development
