Great team collaboration and supportive engineering culture. Interesting technical challenges, good compensation, and opportunities to learn and grow professionally. Engineers have a lot of ownership and the ability to influence architecture decisions. Work is generally meaningful and impactful.

Some organizational uncertainty at times and priorities can occasionally shift. Communication between teams can sometimes be improved. Like many growing companies, some processes are still evolving and not always clearly defined.
