Pros

Awesome people, challenging work, and always something new...I can't believe I have passed my 2.5 year mark. I feel like I have lived 3 life times at DK and can't see myself leaving anytime soon. We are fully remote until July at this rate, which has been a challenge for everyone. But even then, the company has been SO transparent with updates & news. They are allocating funds for officer furniture & WFH necessities. Always putting us first. I miss the office and my teammates but I know someday we will get back to that and be better than ever. Some more pros - internal mobility, being compensated fairly with promotions if you do a good job, quality management etc

Cons

Crazy busy but we are creating an industry so, it comes with the territory

Pros

Competitive benefits, including a 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), and flexible time off. Fast-paced environment where you can gain exposure to different areas of the business.

Cons

Leadership communication around organizational changes can be lacking. Decisions often feel rushed with little transparency into the rationale, making it difficult to understand how career moves align with employees’ long-term development. Internal mobility can feel driven more by immediate business needs than by employee career aspirations. Employees may be asked to pivot into new roles with limited opportunity to influence the decision. Career progression and recognition can feel inconsistent. Employees may be entrusted with significantly greater responsibility without corresponding advancement in title or level. The culture can become highly political depending on the organization, leading to uncertainty and making it difficult to feel empowered in your career. Work-life balance varies significantly by team. In some operational roles, there can be an expectation to remain highly connected outside of normal working hours, which can contribute to burnout.
