Pros

Wonderful reviews and draws many talented individuals.

Cons

HR does not provide the candidates a full scope of what DraftKings have to offer and does not give the candidate opportunity to present themselves properly. They are missing out on solid, smart and eager potential employees. HR ignores correspondence and there is lack of communication and in such a hot market, this isn’t the time to slack on responsibilities in finding new team members.

Thank you for your candid feedback about your experience with our recruiting team. We know the importance of being transparent with candidates throughout all stages of the interview and selection process. While our teammates strive to deliver a white-glove experience to all of our candidates, we understand that this experience isn’t consistent with our intent as a people-first organization. I encourage you to reach out to me or your local HR Business Partner to address your concerns in more detail so we can continue to attract strong talent to our open roles. Pros

The pros about this place is that if you want a quiet area to work when you do work there out of 3 days out of the week that they have you work there. At least that's what it was when I worked there I don't know if they've changed it. Then you work 2 days at home. It's very quiet. Most the time there is nobody there. They will train you and help you but you will eventually have to be able to do it on your own.

Cons

If you switch over to departments don't depend on the company keeping you. If you mess up. The company was literally going through a buyout with the lottery company when I was working there and everything was crashing. So I got let go because there were a lot of errors and the system that they upgraded to was worse than the one that we worked on. So basically if anything happens with the systems just make sure that you know what you're doing and that you catch up on everything.
