Pros

•Learning better written & verbal skills. •Working from home. •Flexible schedule. •Discovering all different types of gamblers (good & bad).

Cons

•The over the phone live chat was a lot more challenging considering when I get nervous I say "ughh" a lot & I catch myself stuttering sometimes. •Dealing with very mad gamblers that loose a lot of money was really hard cause some of them would cuss & scream at you. •They switched up the schedule a lot & also whether I would be doing live chat messaging or phone chat, I didn't like that.

Pros

The pros about this place is that if you want a quiet area to work when you do work there out of 3 days out of the week that they have you work there. At least that's what it was when I worked there I don't know if they've changed it. Then you work 2 days at home. It's very quiet. Most the time there is nobody there. They will train you and help you but you will eventually have to be able to do it on your own.

Cons

If you switch over to departments don't depend on the company keeping you. If you mess up. The company was literally going through a buyout with the lottery company when I was working there and everything was crashing. So I got let go because there were a lot of errors and the system that they upgraded to was worse than the one that we worked on. So basically if anything happens with the systems just make sure that you know what you're doing and that you catch up on everything.
