I love my job but it is too far from my home

I have no negatives to Report about my present job

Low-stakes, slow moving, not a lot of tech integration which some employees prefer.

High-turnover rates among management and non management roles, toxic work environment, unclear path forward, poor handling and cancellation of loan programs designed for minority groups, and a herd mentality around the highest authority in the room. Super gray and surface-level credit monitoring and underwriting. Slow collecting financials. The new employee who was filling my position started 1-day before my last day and HR introduced that person to me and that new employee had no clue I was leaving the department prior to accepting their position. Same thing happened to me my first day too!
