      Friendly, incredibly smart interesting people. I enjoy coming to Draper every day just for the conversations I have. Mission that people believe in. Proud to be helping our country!

      Cons

      CEO's standard response is 'because that's how we did it at BAE!' We are not BAE. Not sure how this will turn out.

      Great culture and brilliant colleagues. Strong and relevant mission. Interesting, challenging, and diverse work. Managers are supportive and inclusive.
