      Pros

      Established company, great pay and benefits, friendly atmosphere, opportunity for advancement.

      Cons

      Studio has had some missteps in terms of green lighting the wrong projects. After each round of unsuccessful projects, layoffs were usually the next logical step in order to protect the financial interests of the company. This happened several times during my time with the company.
