Pros

Squints is a forward thinking company that wants their employees to grow with them. The “work hard, play hard” motto is embodied everyday in all of the employees, including management. We, at Squints, are a team that genuinely strives to improve daily. It helps that our CEO, CTO, and office manager truly promote employee wellness and work with us to develop personal and professional growth. Squints is the best company I have ever worked for.

Cons

The only con is that Squints sets the standards of the general work environment too high. After working at Squints (If I ever leave), any other company and/ or organization will seem outdated and drab.

Pros

Drips is an amazing place to work. The company truly values its people and has built a culture centered on collaboration, trust, and continuous improvement. Leadership is approachable, transparent, and genuinely invested in both employee success and company growth. Communication across teams is strong, and ideas are encouraged at all levels. There are real opportunities to learn, grow, and take ownership of your work. The team is supportive, hardworking, and fun to work with, which makes even challenging projects rewarding. Drips also does a great job recognizing performance and celebrating wins, both big and small. The company is innovative and forward-thinking, which makes the work feel meaningful and impactful. It’s clear that Drips cares about long-term success—for clients, employees, and the business as a whole.

Cons

Honestly, very few. As with any growing company, things can move quickly, but leadership does a great job keeping everyone aligned and supported through change.
