There’s real autonomy here, you’re trusted to get the job done without being micromanaged. Our team lead actively supports development plans and regularly checks in on progress. I’ve been encouraged to take on stretch tasks that have helped build my confidence and skills. Promotions aren’t handed out automatically, if you put in the work and communicate your goals, there’s a real path forward.
