Thanks for the feedback. I want to address these individually.
As far as consistency goes, what you've described is the nature of the beast with a fast-growing organization, not to mention the fact that we're in an industry that is consistently evolving. We're constantly learning new things, improving our processes, creating new technologies, and embracing new opportunities.
There's a difference between trash talk, and direct, open feedback. We don't hesitate to address learning opportunities as we see our employees develop much more quickly when we don't mince words or sacrifice coaching opportunities for the sake of avoiding a tough conversation. Many people thrive in this environment, but not everyone, which we understand.
We are a meritocracy and our organizational hierarchy is based 100% on ability and track record. The leadership team is composed of about 50/50 Drive veterans who have succeeded and worked their way up through the company AND high-achieving individuals that have had success in other organizations. We wouldn't be able to grow at the rate we are with under-qualified people leading the charge.
We are always looking to improve and would love to get specific feedback around these areas. Please feel free to reach out to myself or anyone else in the organization to talk some more so that we can make every employee's time here a positive experience.
