Pros
The people - you never feel like a problem is yours alone to carry. You are part of a team that will do whatever it takes to accomplish client goals, and when the goals are met it’s a team win. The opportunities - Advancement personally and professionally are a huge reason as to why I began at drive. I openly communicated that from my beginning and drive gave me the tools to get where I wanted to be. The Capabilities - Drive is at the forefront of today’s digital marketing capabilities. It’s exciting to see how things are changing and developing in the digital space every single day.
Cons
The training wasn’t all set up when I started, but has gotten more streamlined since. There’s a bit of a learning curve here. As the digital marketing space changes, especially right now politically, it’s tough to make decisions on the fly. You’ll have to be comfortable with an incredibly fast paced environment to thrive here.... but that is the nature of digital marketing. If you have trouble owning up to your mistakes you’ll have difficulty at drive. If you do make a mistake (and you will) come to superiors with solutions and a plan. Be willing to take on more work if you want more responsibility.
