Thank you for sharing your experience as a Sales Manager! It makes us SO happy to hear you felt there were a lot of opportunities to learn and grow. Our DriveTime mission is to create opportunities and improve lives for both our customers and our employees, and this comes in many different shapes and forms. Whether it be our tuition reimbursement program to assist our employees on their journey of higher education or our Leap Into Management course for new managers, we are always searching for ways to help our people grow. Because of all this and due to the nature of our business, we do move at a fast pace and being comfortable with change is a necessity.
