We want to assure you that we do have an official Human Resources department located at our Tempe Home Office, we call it Employee Experience. Inside of the Employee Experience Department is the Talent Support division and their mission is to be there to guide employees through anything they may need. This team investigates any issues that are brought to their attention and they take an unbiased look at the situation we highly encourage any employee that is having a problem with their manager to report it to Talent Support.
