The job assignments are straightforward.

Cons

I will never accept a job from this business again; I completed two jobs unpaid. Basically, this company does not care about its employees and will find anything they can to criticize about your footage to get out of having to pay you. For my first (and last) two missions, I followed the given instructions exactly, yet the staff found that the footage was not in line with some unspoken standards that they did not inform or educate me about. Don’t waste your time; find another drone employer and don’t get scammed by DroneBase.

1. Company culture has declined recently 2. Two rounds of layoffs have negatively affected morale and created uncertainty 3. Difficult to maintain motivation and cohesion during this transition period
