Pros

Plenty of greenfield projects, unique tech, opportunities for improvement and meaningful problems to solve, ability to impact products and outcomes irrespective of seniority

Cons

The work can change direction quickly, and sometimes there isn't always a precedent. To me, this is the cost of working in a growing company in a novel area of the defence market. None of these challenges are unsolvable.
