Pros

They always called everyone the DW Family and was true. They cared for most everyone who worked there.

Cons

The pay was not as high as others in area. It's not very low, but I had friends making more in the city. Also, I don't think I am aloud to say names on this site but I would avoid front office accounting manager. you know who it is. She should be fired if they knew what was good for everyone.
