Pros
I had a great opportunity to join this company for a short time. Unfortunately, I had another employment opportunity during my training process. I had been waiting for a call back for months if not I would have enjoyed staying with DryForce. The Communication Manager along with the dispatchers that I had the privilege of working with were awesome. The hiring process was very easy and management made sure to answer all questions and were very hands on. I had a very knowledgeable trainer and the training program was outlined step by step, which made me feel comfortable. The company environment is very family oriented and professional. No need to worry about Covid protocols with the company because they are on top if it, making sure masks are worn and areas are disinfected. I hated leaving but recommend this company to anyone who wants to be a part of a professional and caring team.
Cons
I honestly have nothing negative to say about the company.
