Pros
It’s flexible for anyone who can’t work a traditional 9-5 or who would prefer not to work in a full service salon.
Cons
When I first started in 2016 I really liked this location it was fun and we started out great. Over time however I quickly realized the managers were just as drama full as the stylist. Very cliquey, so I transferred to Penn Quarter and definitely to this day a location I will always go to. Came back to Bethesda after a while and same old drama bug to make it worse they hired 2 female managers that should have never gotten the position. They definitely took the fun out of the atmosphere to the point of misery. Two women who have no passion for the cosmetology industry and don’t care enough about they’re employees to hear anything from them, only they’re word and opinion matters and act as if you’re supposed to jump for them when they say to. Absolutely not! It’s why all of the good stylists left and now they’re stuck with the leftovers. Good luck Bethesda Drybar glad I’m not there anymore!
