Cons
Working with HR is a nightmare on anything. FMLA, time off, or even more serious matters, it’s a hassle. Trying to schedule time, combined with the way your treated, it’s a nightmare.

Cons
No air Conditioning/Heat, as of yet.
Their Company Policy on Doctor Approved Absences is unfair (Even with a Doctor Approved Absence, Management STILL applies Disciplinary Points to the Employee's Record, even when they are presented with Doctor's Documentation.)
Disciplinary Actions/Raises/Promotions sometimes applied unfairly due to favoritism, and/or Nepotism.
