They claim you will be treated like "Family "....BS!! Thats a lie .

Cons

Family doesn't fire or terminate family for going to the Doctor on an emergency situation!! 15% tunover rate not able to keep employees... not rocket science...I wonder why...? Management needs to get a clue!!!

Competitive Salaries. Great Health Benefits. Great Coworkers. Set Schedules.

Cons

No air Conditioning/Heat, as of yet. Their Company Policy on Doctor Approved Absences is unfair (Even with a Doctor Approved Absence, Management STILL applies Disciplinary Points to the Employee's Record, even when they are presented with Doctor's Documentation.) Disciplinary Actions/Raises/Promotions sometimes applied unfairly due to favoritism, and/or Nepotism.
