      Small, but growing company. Great management. Good pay. Good benefits and perks (onside medical center, onsite physical therapy, onsite fitness center, and onsite cafeteria).

      Cons

      Some employees don't like the Production rotating schedule.

      Competitive Salaries. Great Health Benefits. Great Coworkers. Set Schedules.

      Cons

      No air Conditioning/Heat, as of yet. Their Company Policy on Doctor Approved Absences is unfair (Even with a Doctor Approved Absence, Management STILL applies Disciplinary Points to the Employee's Record, even when they are presented with Doctor's Documentation.) Disciplinary Actions/Raises/Promotions sometimes applied unfairly due to favoritism, and/or Nepotism.
