      Shift supervisor was nice but that is about it.

      Cons

      Switching from nights to days was hard every 2 months but then they added forced overtime when they were short staffed because everyone quit and nobody would apply.

      Competitive Salaries. Great Health Benefits. Great Coworkers. Set Schedules.

      Cons

      No air Conditioning/Heat, as of yet. Their Company Policy on Doctor Approved Absences is unfair (Even with a Doctor Approved Absence, Management STILL applies Disciplinary Points to the Employee's Record, even when they are presented with Doctor's Documentation.) Disciplinary Actions/Raises/Promotions sometimes applied unfairly due to favoritism, and/or Nepotism.
